As Vice President of Revenue Management, Cynthia is responsible for developing and executing the revenue strategy for hotels, providing strategic and tactical oversight of the entire revenue generation process including sales, revenue management, and digital marketing. Cynthia plays a critical role in maximizing revenues by implementing data-driven pricing, distribution, and inventory management strategies.
Prior to joining Lavendar, Cynthia brings over 22 years of expertise in revenue strategy and marketing in the revenue management space, having worked with a variety of brands such as Hilton, IHG, Marriott, Sheraton, as well as independent boutique hotels in the San Antonio Market. Most recently, she served as the Director of Revenue Management for a portfolio of full-service properties, where she partnered with leaders at the property level to develop innovative revenue management strategies and ensure they were aligned around a shared vision for revenue optimization.
Cynthia is currently a member on San Antonio Hotel Lodging Association and volunteers at many SAHLA events throughout the year. Cynthia lives in San Antonio, and when not working she enjoys spending time with her daughter and traveling.
